How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app → Profile tab → Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID they were made under — you must use the same Apple ID to restore.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store — we can't cancel them on our end.
- iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → nicoff → Cancel
How do I sync my progress across devices?
Profile → Sync across devices. Link your account with Apple, Google, or email, then sign in with the same account on another device to continue where you left off.
What if I had a setback?
No judgment. Open Profile → Report a setback and walk through the short flow. Setbacks are part of the path — nicoff will help you spot the trigger and keep going.
Where does the health recovery score come from?
A combination of data from Apple Health / Google Health Connect (heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep) and the time elapsed since your quit date. All health data is processed locally on your device — we never send it to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Profile → Edit profile → at the bottom, Delete my data. The action is irreversible: account, progress, craving logs, and AI-coach messages are removed. Alternatively, email support@nicoff.app and we'll wipe everything from our side.
I found a bug or have an idea — where do I write?
Email support@nicoff.app. The more detail (what happened, what you expected, a screenshot) the faster we can fix it.
